I work with people in midlife who feel stuck, deconditioned, or disconnected from their bodies - often after years of stress, stop-start fitness, or training that no longer suits them. My approach combines strength training, mobility and cardiovascular fitness with a strong awareness of nervous system regulation, recovery and real-world constraints. We work as a team and look at how all the pieces of your fitness jigsaw can fit together better, not just the time we spend training together. Our 1:1 sessions are structured, progressive and challenging when appropriate, but never aggressive or performative. Many of my clients are returning to training after a long break, managing aches or injuries, or simply want to feel capable and confident again without being overwhelmed. Training is always adapted to the individual, with a focus on long-term consistency, energy, and quality of movement rather than short-term aggressive transformations.
